		Like so many Irish immigrants before him, W.T. McClelland saw America as a land where dreams came true, and hard work and perseverance were rewarded. It was simple virtues like these that led W.T. and his wife Winifred to start the Shamrock Dairy in Tucson with only 20 cows, a Model T delivery truck, and one route man delivering fresh milk to the doorsteps of local customers. Today, more than 80 years later, their dream lives on in Shamrock Farms Dairy - the largest family-owned and -operated dairy in the Southwest. 		Our tradition of product excellence begins with our farm-fresh milk.
