Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

A simple twist on traditional fried chicken featuring Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 3 cups cornflake crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonfat cooking spray. Combine egg substitute and milk in a shallow baking dish. Combine cornflake crumbs and seasoning in a large plastic bag; shake until blended. Dip chicken in egg mixture; place in plastic bag and shake until coated with crumbs. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until browned and cooked through.
