Prepare and use donut hole pan as directed (each type of pan has different instructions) OR
Spray both sides of donut hole pan
Place batter in zip top plastic bag and cut the corner
Pipe into the bottom of the donut hole pan
Place lid on top and bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of a donut hole comes out clean.
Roll warm holes in cinnamon and sugar. If it’s not warm enough to stick, brush the holes with melted butter and then roll in a cinnamon sugar mixture (Make this to taste. Some like more sugar and some like it more of an even mix)
If you want a spicier flavor add in some cinnamon and nutmeg.
