Eggnog Latte

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Shamrock Farms® Eggnog
  • 2 shots espresso (2 oz) (or very strong coffee)
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle
Cooking instructions
  1. Heat the Shamrock Farms Eggnog in the microwave or a small saucepan. Pour into cup and froth with milk frother until foamy and thick.
  2. Prepare espresso or very strong coffee, add the espresso to the cup slowly.
  3. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
  4. Using a milk steamer, steam Shamrock Farms Eggnog to 140 degrees.
  5. Prepare espresso, add the espresso to the cup slowly.
  6. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
  7. Add a shot of rum, bourbon or brandy if so desired.
