This is the perfect treat for everyone this holiday season! Kids love it, it’s packed full of protein, it’s so easy to make and only takes about 5 minutes! Eat like a traditional mousse or as a sweet dip to scoop your treats through!
Make this using food processor or if smoother consistency is desired, use a stick blender.
Combine chocolate and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. If needed, microwave an additional 15 seconds. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Combine next 5 ingredients, cottage cheese through vanilla in food processor or blender, and blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice. Add chocolate mixture and continue to process until smooth and blended. Divide pudding between 2 serving dishes, about 1/3 cup each. Top with whipped cream & all your favorite sweet, salty & crunchy snacks!
Chef notes:
• No time to blend? No problem, it doesn’t HAVE to be blended, for a chunky & equally yummy version, simply skip blending & mix together in a bowl & chill!
• For a thicker version, let set up in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
This pumpkin pie recipe is pure perfection with Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream both mixed in and whipped for the topping. Thanks to Allison Waken for this recipe.
